Code of Conduct

Responsive Field Day is an inclusive event. We’ve taken great pains to make sure people of all backgrounds feel welcomed. We won’t tolerate anyone treating others poorly.

Help us make Responsive Field Day a marvelous event for everyone. Be nice. Be thoughtful. Be considerate.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference staff.

We’re here to help. You can speak with any Cloud Four staff member or call us at (541) 238-5032.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the Responsive Field Day with no refund.
